Isn't Tim the one with the network and connections right now?
And Although not yet fully capitalised on, dropping him right now would be disastrous. IMHO.
From what I can see, he has brought UK funding, MOU's with Ford. LCM and Viridis....establishing the connections and
the initial framework of which to build on.
And the Chinese are doing ALL they can to kill, maim and destroy the incumbents in lithium, nickel and rare earths....no question.
The heat is definitely on him, lets see if he can now put the heat on our future partners and get this done.
