I have been invested in companies where companies "sign on" with an MOU. They can do that way before the mine is even developed. I have seen companies sign Offtake agreements before dirt has been dug.
I have seen companies provide executed agreements where they pay in advance for product. Years before.

And thats years before a "producing mine"

Just desperation comments in order to taint IXR investor views, and try to sow seeds of concern in shareholder minds.

If IXR has trouble raising capital because its shareholders have some doubts created because of incessant dis-information, then that corporate espionage has succeeded.

Why would they seek to do that?
Who would benefit?
Well, competitors in that marketplace - that's who.
