IXR is not trying to sell to the West because of Ethical Reasons, its because saw an opportunity to put a spin on the whole Ex China thing , If you are investing for Ethical reasons its going to be hard to make money, better of giving your money to Greenpeace, me I would like my mangement team to explore all opportunities.
