All comes back to this Chart, REE will have to Negotiate premium prices if the West wants REO's
All companies have there +'s and -'s
MEI can only achieve 70% payability, it produces MREC but needs to send the concentrate off to be refined to REO
IXR can produce MREC much less than MEI, VMM plus others but it can refine its MREC and get 30% more in value Thanks Wombat
