That's what the Joint Venture is for, IXR wont create a seperate JV with MEI, if MEI and/or their customers are looking to value add then there will be a refinery in Brazil ready to take their product.
This is IXR's strategy, to create JV's and have partners along the entire supply chain, but i dont see them creating a second JV and second refinery in Brazil. Not to mention that all of the IP and data that the current JV geta from the scoping study belongs to the JV, not solely to IXR. It makes sense to support VMM with the tecnology but to also lean on them with their current local expertise and existing MoUs with the government.
