Apparently Tim is in Talks with Brazilian Government Officials (High Up Officials) and hopefully there is a Grant in the pipeline to Rifine and Recycle on Brazilian Soil, for all Brazilian RE Companies, I think that's what the Government is after they want to bypass China for the Refineing into Oxide.
