Ph2 ~ that's a 100x stronger acid than what VMM & MEI will be using. Which means anything made out of metal is going to have a very short service life. So I can't how REO's suggestion that Tank leaching is the way to go will be a viable prospect. HDPE lined leach pads will be the OK so long as they use Non-Chinese made machinery.
Has anybody seen any mention as to how they intend to neutralize the heaps before reclamation, or what the water balance for the site looks like?
