This needs to be implemented immediately and made to be made High Priority for the West, so many mines here in Western Australia have now gone into Maintenance, projects on hold because of China's control in pricing of Critical Minerals. Also, it's about time for the West to start spending this promise Funding for Critical Minerals, all talk no action, at least the UK Gov is doing its part for IXR in Belfast, which is a great sign of support
