Does that mean that the majority of independent IXR Shareholders who paid for all that Research and Development, end up holding just 5% of VMM (which they also paid for), while a gifted and disproportionate few holders of VMM end up with a far better deposit and benefit from the R&D?
One might hope that sooner or later they will merge both companies at MC value, but they had better do it soon while IXR still has any value.
