It is not about what value Makutuu brings in July 2024, it is about the value makutuu brings in the future when the western world provides support to non-chineese sources of rare earths, the significant increase in consumption of rare earths, alternate pricing mechanisms for non Chinese companies are implemented, China restricts export of rare earths...Let's not forget the market cap of IXR before we had Seren tech, VMM JV, demonstration plans and the rare earth price was double what it is now! We were flying.
Makutuu will have its day when the tide turns and the west is desparately after development ready, trialled and tested projects that have government mining leases in place.
