The Answer to that is China Ol 'boy is ....If you want an alternative, secure, sustainable and traceable source of heavy rare earths you have to pay a premium, that Premium includes that the Company can make a profit to stay afloat to keep supplying secure amounts of REE products at Western Labor Costs, Not at Chinese Cheap Labor Costs.
Even Chinese Rare Earths are struggling at these prices
"China Northern Rare Earth (Group) High-Tech, the top rare-earth miner by volume, barely turned a profit in the first half of the year, with a sharp profit decline of 95% to 97%"
