All this is essential and obvious from the start!!!
What wasn't obvious to all was IXR turning into another ASX mate's club/lifestyle company over the past 2-years since that poor scoping study release which collapsed our SP and never recovered... In fact, our SP has free falled back to where we started 5 yrs ago, sub 1c, then our board hired all these new costly board types, even cost us $500k to get rid of one of them and imo are sooooo focused on rewarding themselves with their over generous free performance shares, excessive remuneration etc...
Not impressed and can't see production and finance funding solutions anytime soon, it's going to be at least another 2-3 yrs before we ever see this and a SP back over 5c imo.... Well done Tim and board increasing their free shares etc, while many SH's losses grow... KPI's used to mean something and adhered to, not now, how this company has fallen, all caused by management imo!!!
