The Commercial Plant is obviously going ahead nobody can deny that, the publicity it's going to generate is going to be massive , new retail investors, institutional investors which there aren't many at the momment.
By the the end of this year the build will probably break ground, I don't know what the share price will be but its going to be a dam lot higher than now, so that's my reasoning,
