    From the Updated FS OPEX has dropped to $25-$30/kg of Separated and High Purity Rare Earth Oxides, Concentrating on the main 4 Pr,Nd,Tb,Dy Basically the four that has most value (ie Chinese Pricing) with a close loop Supply Chain with Alloy, Magnet Makers and OEM's a premium price can be arrange ex-China, cutting Chinese influence on that market.

    Out of that 34.5% of Total Rare Earths Used in a Typical Permanent Magnet, Ionic Technologies can Refine/Recover Approx

    Nd Oxide ~77% @ 99.7%
    Pr Oxide ~16% @99.8%
    Dy Oxide ~3.0%* @99.8%
    Tb Oxide = 1.5-2.0%* @99.5% or Above
    Ho Oxide =1.5-2.0%* @ 99.5% or Above

    Nd+Pr Oxides @ 99.8%

    * Depending on the type and Specification of the Permanent Magnet

    Commercial Plant will Produce 400t = 400,000Kg

    Nd+Pr Oxide = 93% @ 99.8%
    93% x 400,000Kg = 372,000Kg of Nd +Pr oxides @ 99.8% Purity = 371,256Kg x ~50/kg = ~18M USD

    Tb Oxide 12,000kg @ 99.8% = 11.976Kg x $640/kg = $7.6M USD

    Opex $27.5/kg = 400,000kg = ~11m, Plant Cost need FS

    one commercial Plant can make $20M USD at these Chinese Manipulated pricing, back in 2022 prices were 3-4 times higher, so roughly the plant could make $60M USD back in 2022, Once a Premium price is established profits can be much more than $20M USD

    Anyway these are rough Calculations from Data I could find from IXR announcements and from data from the internet, I'm sure someone out there could check, this is only from one Commercial plant which I now believe will go ahead in Belfast, Gov wants the first Plant in Belfast with plenty of support.
