To me this Video Discussion with Thomas Kelly about the Collaboration with LCM and Ford is very crucial for Ionic Technologies and the
company IXR, especially this part here which is discussed

Ionic Technologies successfully continued to separate NdPr from heavy rare earth elements Dy, Tb and Ho inaddition to the continuous demonstration-scale production of (NdPr)2O3, Dy2O3, Tb4O7 and Ho2O3, with allproducts grading greater than 99.5%

The MOU builds on an existing collaboration with Ford Motor subsidiary, Ford Technologies, to develop a UK-based magnet rare earth supply chain. LCM, the only commercial rare earth metal and alloy producer outsideChina or its associated plants, will receive the first supply of recycled magnet rare earth oxides from IonicTechnologies in July 2024. These oxides will be converted to metals and alloys before being used in magnetmanufacturing, ultimately supporting Ford's EV drive train production facility in Halewood, UK

In support of the collaboration with LCM and Ford, in July 2024, the first supply of separated NdPr oxide(NdPr)2 O3 , dysprosium oxide (Dy2 O3 ) and terbium oxide (Tb4 O7 ) will be supplied to LCM, who will convert tometals first, then alloys, prior to magnet manufacture (through a European based subcontractor). Finally, themagnets produced from the recycled REOs will be delivered to Ford’s EV drive train production facility inHalewood, UK, as part of its development of EV production

Ford will test and analyses the performance of magnets provided through the project, to prove the efficacy ofhigh specification magnets containing rare earth elements (REEs) of recycled origin from Ionic Technologies.

Ford’s vehicle transmission factory at Halewood on Merseyside is being transformed to build electric power units for future Ford all-electric passenger and commercial vehicles in Europe. Once complete this year, 2024, the line will produce over 400,000 units per year.

Ford’s total investment was raised to £380 million and reinforces confidence in the UK’s capability and its electric vehicle supply chain.

Ionic Technologies have now demonstrated that they can produce High Quality Pure Separated Rare Earth Oxides, Once Ford tests these Magnets and everything goes to plan, What do people on here think will happen?
