As this is in a downtrend, it is just about where bottom may be, @ 1cent per share that is near $50m MC and given Uganda Africa well everyone needs to put a fair value here, mine is 1 cent max which gives a $50m MC .
In this market and the current downtrend here we may see near 1 cent sooner rather than later in my opinion.

It may well drift lower until those announcements. I will be loading up at the prices you talk about. If the EU and the US want ex-china product and the heavily manipulated prices of rare earth rise Muukutu will prove to be a highly valuable asset. Then there is the other side of the business that you have failed to even mention in your analysis? I see that you are in some speculative plays yourself. I always have found it interesting when non-holders comment on stocks. Appreciate a different viewpoint but am wondering if IXR hits your valuation are you going to become a holder?
