The only problem here in Australia, there would be No Market for Rare Earth Oxides or Mixed Rare Earth Carbonates, most Magnet Makers are in China, US and Europe, Australia would need to setup a Magnet Making Industry. No Car Factories to Build EV motors or Assembly Lines.
Last Car assemblies was Holden and I think Mitsubishi, Ford and Toyota, all gone!
EV motors assembled in China, US, Europe and Asia (Japan, South Korea)
We could setup Ionic Technologies to Refine MREC for up and coming REE Mines, Recycling Spent Magnets but in Australia there isnt much inventory at the moment, have to start in Europe/US and especially (japan + South Korea).
