CRs are obviously dilutive but pretty much a necessity these days and certainly at this end of town, so not much point trying to ‘hide it’. I’ve heard that line before about NA investors, but it certainly didn’t provide any benefit to HCH when they did their consolidation and listed on the TSX.
I can maybe understand doing it when the business is up and running and capex costs are minimal but at this stage it seems pointless, to me anyway.
FMG certainly have proven that you can have huge gains with high number of SOI. It’s certainly something I’d rather avoid for a while yet.
