I came across this stock late (phew!), so don't know about the history behind the seed investors or suppliers however I can't image why a seed investor would agree to being escrowed. I certainly wouldn't. Maybe the suppliers that were paid shares in lieu of cash were the problem which isn't uncommon with cash strapped unlisted companies.

However, I do agree that the board is responsible to bring their shareholder base along for the journey. They clearly haven't done that so I do appreciate the bitterness from those that participated in the IPO. Hopefully that have learnt from this and focus hard on shareholder engagement moving forward which is almost a full time job if done well.

Either way, I agree its a promising company that has some excellent products and sales momentum so I am happy to invest and see how things play out over the coming quarters. It's certainly not game over here unless you have decided to realise your loss. Then I agree, time to walk away...
