I agree, these guys screwed up the IPO by not escrowing more seed and suppliers.
The CEO is the driving force behind the business so to replace him would crater this share price to 0 ... there is sales momentum, the product is prominant in pharmacies and probiotics is a sweet spot as looking after your gut health is supposed to be a major factor that can get you to 100+
Maybe replace the chairman who is non-exec for opening his mouth and saying something that wasn't reassuring, but give the ceo some space to get the sales moving - otherwise, walk away
