Saying it in capitals, saying it in small caps, saying it again and again, none of that makes the statement you are making any more correct.
Fact is that while it may be likely that TMK and PetroChina extend the MOU or formalise a project funding and stake relationship, the date of 11 January is no more significant than any other date leading up to the six month MOU date.
People here are lining up to point out the obvious and it seems your recourse is to become abusive towards them.
That is sad and I hope you can change the behaviour and become more constructive.
