Who could not like TMK with its TRILLIONS of gas, close to Chinas pipelines, Chinas borders are now open, PetroChina the worlds largest petroleum coy has a MOU with TMK and by Jan 11th ish, need to declare within 30 days of end if MOU if they will extend or not.
Plus news of flow well tests are imminent

PetroChina does not have to do anything by Jan 11th if they intend to extend and you have been corrected enough times about this.

They're opening their borders so I can't see why they won't need gas for their manufacturings etc
