This was part of the reply I received from TMK management yesterday.
As I’m sure you already know, TMK as an ASX-listed company is bound by strict regulations as to what we can and cannot publicise. It is our intention to always adhere to these regulations. In light of this, I am currently unable to comment on the status of the MOU.
IMHO there must still be some negotiations happening as the previous MOA has expired, so management’s reply must be now referring to a new MOA.
