The stealth mode is kind of the crux of it. If it works out, then all is good, most likely very good. If not, then at least they'll have income from the goods and services they've got into. Before that, we were sitting on an all-or-nothing situation. I'm a tad relieved that something else is going on while we wait for contract drop(please) - I watched the New Mexico interest fly away, the SHP shares wave goodbye, it was feeling a tad binary, big contract or bust. I like the current situation a lot more, especially since their conventional business supports the new tech.

For what it's worth, I think the testing\development\planning will be quite advanced before we get to hear what companies are involved. Although we haven't heard anything, the cause could be advancing nicely in the background. The NDA situation lets them hide a multitude of sins. Anyone know how it works when NDAs clash with continuous disclosure requirements?
