It's probably worth pointing out that while PWN has sustainability credentials it is rather lacking in ESG credentials. Out of curiosity I ran the ESG scorecard over PWN, the same one a number of mnc's use for their suppliers, and let's just say it was not good.

IMO, In order to gain greater ESG recognition PWN need to:

- hire or promote women and Australian Indigenous People into the c-suite and the board,
- increase their diversity of employees particularly women,
- have greater involvement in the community (outside of special interest groups),
- divest the KLPP potash mining project and
- improve their approach to shareholders communications and cap raisings.

There are a lot of other things they can do to improve but as a start this will help the scorecard.
