Ahhh, no, I'm not suggesting that men get up to speed faster than women. Bit harsh of you to suggest that, I was suggesting they could well have been constrained by whoever applied for the job and had the experience required to get moving as quickly as possible. Some of the engineering hires seem to have excellent backgrounds that would have been hard to ignore given the rate at which PWN is trying to move.
At this stage, I see PWN's growth as a bit of a mad scramble, a race to get their foot in the door before someone else does. As much about survival as success.
