I think that BPaaS is quite a complex business strategy when it comes to contracts. I dare say that had this have been a one off transaction, we would have a contract by now.
I'm not suggesting I think a one off contract is better, far from it. But I definitely think a royalty stream on net changes in margins can be labour intensive when it comes to getting 2-3 parties to agree. Hoping it is worth the wait!
