Regards the bit about the leads via Austrade . . . Yep, would be nice, but I doubt it will matter if they can't use the leads they already have. All the talk so far has been about talking - as in PWN talking to various mining companies. Actually, not just talking, there's been talking and testing for quite some time and if PWN can't get something going off the back of that plus the association with Worley then we're probably screwed because it will mean that folk in the industry have taken a good look and said 'no thanks'.

The BHP tailings thing gives an indication of how competitive the waste-stream processing can get. The contest looks like a good attempt to flush out some tech\ideas and then hothouse them. Companies will be hedging bets and trying to get their mitts on the best tech and I guess that goes for Worley as well. Initial shortlist should be due soon.

The short take - I'll be mighty relieved when a large company commits their name and intentions to what PWN's offering.

I wonder when we'll hear more about the pilot plant? Seems overdue.
