The statement around the advancing of the proposals has been clearly articulated by Bahay Ozcakmak (MD) in numerous updates. The technology at the time was not ready for commercial discussions. Now the technology has undergone extensive research and development and is currently at TRD 8 (i.e commercial readiness deployment). Now we wait>>>>>>>>>>
