I agree. I'm starting think that until these mining companies are actually held accountable to not only start cleaning up after themselves but cleaning it up 100% on their own without tax payers monies to help I think PWN is just having it's time wasted trying to get a contract from anyone.
These companies are not genuine and certainly aren't going to in their eyes waste more money cleaning the tailings or whatever waste they have just because humanity would like that to happen.
