Perhaps Mechanical completion is not price sensitive in contrast to commissioning, and they are waiting for the presentation due this month to inform the market. I expect the presentation next week.

alternatively, the delay could be as simple as a part on order which can come with significant delays.

It is disappointing that they said mech completion was expected in May. Although as per M's meeting notes in August 1, the ibc pilot is not required for the feasibility until October, so the delay is not hurting us, yet.
