perhaps its a capacity reason for the 2nd train. The tech solution may only so good to a certain volume thereafter it reduces its % efficiency
To reach the capacity Shell is looking for they can bolt on a 2nd train. Works in my mind and great that the solution can be scaled on size of project/volume to be processed.
