100% agree with this.

the market does know the feas will be completed, so nothing crazy there. But the market also knows that until that FS is sent to Shell, there is still time to make money elsewhere. FS announcement will likely show a sharp 20-40% increase followed by organic growth built around speculation in the weeks leading up to the outcome.

previously it was said (can't remember where, probably to M) that all ToS points that could be agreed on with Shell prior to receiving the FS has been agreed on. This is a good sign that they might turn this around quite fast. Since we learned that we have been notified that scaling to pilot was successful, meaning we are now in a position where a successful ToS should be priced into the market based on all the information but it is absolutely not. I also note that this years R&D rebate will be significantly higher than last years. So that helps.
