Bahay has commented about it on Linkedin. Given his comments about folk reaching out regards issues with the plan(encapsulation), it feels like there might be a couple of camps - those going by the waste plan(encapsulation meatheads) and those who believe the waste plan is flawed(mighty heralds of light). Won't be surprised if this issue generates a bit of noise. Increased awareness sure wouldn't hurt.
