    1. Agreed, it was confirmed by @djkencloud after last year's AGM with Bahay that there were issues with the commercial terms. Given that the desal and brines chemical facility is, potentially, a USD20 Billion project, it is probably fair to say they were insurmountable for a company of PWNs size.

    2., Agreed, Enowa is developing their own ssr tech and Worley/Advisian have signed a framework agreement with them whose scope includes desal water production, brines benefication, management and storage.

    3. I am not quite sure I would agree that (o&g) companies are slow to act in Qld. I think the industry, to date, has been acting responsibly within the confirnes of very stringent regulator environment, which has seen a number of changes over the life of these csg projects. I am not aware of any salt encapsulation facilities having been given DES approval nor any encapsulation facility in operation - so there is plenty of time to steer the right path.
