    Agreed on the new Perth base.

    We know that multi wet failed to meet its financial (sales target) milestones for the payment of contingency acquisition consideration last year (per the Annual Report 2022) while at the same time (Aug 2022) moving into substantially larger premises. I think it is logical then to think that the conventional business (PPS) has not expanded to the extent that they require such facilities. So, taking the next step, is this then for the planned expansion of PPT solution offerings to the WA market. We also know that Perth corporate team moved in, but how many can that be, 1 - 3 finance people?, so I am thinking they can't take up too much space.

    There appears to be a plethora of new industrial projects across WA, particularly in the new green manufacturing precinct of the Mid-West and the Kemerton industrial complex which, potentially, are great markets for PWN-PPT's innovative solutions. Not to mention the established potential clients discussed itt.

    Just to add to FJ40's description above it also has small lay-down yard on the Cullen St side.
