To add one more point, read ALL the ANN's from August 2019 onwards, which is when Bahay Ozcakmak entered the scene. This is important and worthwhile for anyone seriously looking to invest longer term. It's taken the company almost 4 years to get to this point. Us longer term holders have seen a number of shareholders come and go, thinking the company would take off within months.
Start from 05/08/2019 - PWN Enters Binding Term Sheet to Acquire Consolidated Potash (iguana2.com)
Consolidated Potash was jointly owned by Bahay and brought the aMES technology with it. This is where their transition into a Tech based company commenced.
