Here is one which has not been mentioned.

Bahay has afforded me time every quarterly report or major announcement, time to sit on Teams, ask the hard questions and report back to this cohort. Usually between 60 and 90 minutes each time. I request questions from this forum, take them and get them answered.

I can't ask for any more than that.

I'm a big fan of the Parkway gang, knowledgable, intelligent, experienced and executing a strategic plan that reward all long term shareholders.
