A good summary from hammerhead. A sensible take on expectations.

No expected catalysts in the short term. They threw as much news as they could at the Master Plan presentation plus Report and the SP barely wobbled. Sneaking into profitability is unlikely to change the SP sentiment, it's going to take something pretty solid to get this moving, but once underway it should be rather special. Funding to arrange, a whole lot of stakeholders, simple it ain't and this won't move quickly.

Having said that, you asked about Shell . . . FS under review and a one year extension of working stuff. Ties in nicely with PWN investigating extra processing to add much value to the products extracted. Seems like the sort of thing that could affect funding plus ownership of hubs - increased profits = increased incentive. The sort of thing that might delay decisions . . . Just conjecture, but the increase in product income seemed to be significant. Always tricky to predict as so much is walled off behind stealth modes and NDAs. Could they even stealth mode a FEED?

There is always the possibility of another project entirely dropping in, but the 'evaluating a number of waste streams' line has been running constantly for a few years with no results - the CSG seems separate to this and already in the mix when Bahay jumped into PWN and set about steering a new direction. Likewise, the occasional comment about overseas opportunities that have never been followed up. They seem very unlikely at this stage and probably shouldn't be taken into consideration. CSG or bust etc. etc.
