I appreciate both you and Bahay devoting the time to regular conversations and sharing. Helps add some colour to announcements which I find value adding through better understanding.
However, from a Governance angle nothing can replace an AGM and Audited Financial Statements and remuneration reports/votes. It also provides an annual opportunity for small shareholders to rebalance their portfolios to what they are comfortable and confident about. ie buy/sell or hold
