The last interview was very powerful.
I was a little concerned when they first announced the Master Plan as I could see all the bureaucracy making implementing this very time consuming and unwieldy and a long way from revenue. I thought it might have ended up like herding cats.
But that has been answered by explaining they can start taking orders now for individual modules to treat the upstream brines, build in 6-12 months and be earning net revenue of around $5m pa per module. This is fantastic. For the first time we now have a clear line of sight on possible time lines and revenue. It wont take long for others to start doing the sort of calculations some have been doing here and realize PWN's potential.
It was notable that the whole presentation took as a given that the technology works and they are no longer trying to convince people as to how good it is. We have come a long way.
Also clear was the funding of each project. They will probably set up a separate SPV (company) for each site. The customer will sign a "take or pay" contract that will result in at least $5m net to the SPV. Any financier would be happy to advance the $10m build cost on that basis. That is a payback in 2years. No Brainer especially if the client is a Shell or similar.
I know from other investments that companies that build solid long term quality royalty streams trade at a much higher PE ratio than normal ASX 8-10.
Notable also was the mention of the North American market. Would not surprise if they licensed the technology to another player. I am super excited about PWN (and that is pretty good at my age). I am sure the news flow over the next 12 months will be plentiful and positive. It wont surprise me to see the share price graph follow the technology graph they put up.
While night follows day (barring a black swan event) the MC of this company cant stay around $25-30m. An MC of $100-200m is the short term realistic expectation.
The final observation for today is on our MD. He is either a genius or the best Con man I have ever come across (and I have encountered a few good ones) and I dont think he is a con man.
I sincerely hope this company will be a game changer for many holders and their loved ones.

You too have noticed that bureaucracy has to some extent been avoided. As I see it the idea of containerised removable modules avoids many planning issues as they are not classified as fixtures and should they become redundant due to reductions in polluted flows they can be moved and utilised elsewhere. Planning around permanent fixture is a pain in the proverbial and should be avoided if at all possible - more so if it is all about a process for a pressing environmental need. I would hope Councils/Govt and environmental authorities would be very efficient and considerate of all proposals of this nature.
