Absolutely agree with your sentiment. Until large companies, benefitting from extraction of our natural resources, are forced to ensure these sites are cleaned up, with no adverse effects on the environment, rather than selling them on prior to completion of their financial viability, in many cases to small companies that go into administration, (thereby dodging the cleanup costs), companies with technology such as PWN will remain firmly behind the 8 ball in terms of adoption of their tech.
