Well spotted. I guess this must be for something with ongoing low-value(relatively) transactions by the sound of it. Quite the departure and news must be coming soon if they're looking for developers. Could be we're about to find out what the funds were raised for.

Not guessing what it could be, I just hope it isn't an attempt to keep the company buoyant in the face of lackluster BPaaS interest. Whatever it is, it will be good to have a source of reliable income while the BPaaS client list slowly builds.
