Plus as per yesterday's announcement "the Company intends to provide further details upon completion of the acquisition which is currently scheduled to occur later this month."
So I'd expect to receive another positive announcement regarding this acquisition either late this week or early next week once acquisition is completed.
It's great that the company will be able to generate positive cash flow.
