IMO this speaks to a certain story - Bahay came to market with innovative tech which he thought presented such a value case the "cashed up miners" would take the punt. However, it seems that they weren't agreeable to the royalty style, all risk and only part of the reward, terms and wanted support from the business selling the technology to make sure if they had issues they could have them resolved. Thus the delays and PPS. These things happen, atleast there were learnings taken, PWN understands the customer better and we are now (hopefully) on the right path.
Personally the over confidence rubs me the wrong way, but all kinds and what not.
