This is a a de-merger - CLQ splitting into mining(Sunrise Energy Metals) and water(CleanteQ Water) businesses.
They've been a competitor in the water processing space for a while now and already have revenue generating water treatment plants in operation. In the pipeline(terrible pun) is a treatment plant at a coal mine in Inner Mongolia that gets them up and running in China.
I would imagine they could be under consideration for some of the contracts that PWN is chasing.
