Recent experience of removing and reseeding the lawn pretty much disqualifies me from the 'patient folk' category. Tail end of a misguided lockdown project.
My hope is that at least one of the proposals has been issued on the back of lots of discussions and waste stream testing and that acceptance is pretty much a formality. Then they can get into the meatier studies where the fun is.
I haven't wrapped my head around the studies\proposals\stages that PWN will have to go through. Given that they're plugging into existing waste streams and infrastructure and with the tools at their disposal, pilot plant and modelling, they seem to have more info at their disposal than would typically be needed for a Concept Report. I'm unsure of the hoops they'll have to jump through. Perhaps it will vary on a case by case basis. Enlightenment appreciated.
