Probably right, this 1c level is holding pretty strong in anticipation for the next announcement. Imagine short term traders would have cut losses already. But there might still have been some trapped investors with confidence/patience wearing thing looking for something to sell into.
Not long now though - a bit like Christmas, will Bahay bring us presents or coal?
