From the PPS (soft) launch ANN (8/7/21):
- Mr Alexander Cook was appointed General Counsel of the company on 5 July 2021.

This position was first noticed being advertised around 5 January 2021 - post 49993632

As it's taken 6 months to engage a General Counsel, I have assumed that any potential contract negotiations may have been put on ice until certain conditions were met i.e. PPS launch & company restructure (and maybe some other boxes).

Mr. Cook was the Senior Legal Counsel at Cleanaway Waste Management before coming over to PWN and IMO looks like a great fit, given his experience in this field.
