I can see how the COH and need to arrange working capital could give folk pause while they wait to see what drops out there. Feels a tad exposed as is, not much of a buffer. The ghost of CR past.

I feel the BOO route is going to necessitate some kind of raise/debt financing arrangement to get off the ground. But if they can demonstrate good ROI then that's not such a big deal. I expect any Shell deal will see a raise shortly after
